Before I saw your link to the citrus guy on etsy, I was going to ask if your family sends you citrus in the mail. My parents live in Tucson and grow a lot of citrus and they mail me a big box in January in the same priority mail boxes.

citrus mail is the best mail!

This was a really refreshing meal. I never create dishes using oranges or grapefruit, so this recipe was quite exciting and unique for me. I also used rainbow trout since it’s wild caught instead of the farmed salmon available at my grocery store.

My citrus season go-to is always beets & oranges but I may need to experiment a bit - this looks delicious!

Yay for bonus day & double yay for this recipe! You are right to say that the farmers markets here in CA are incredibly show-offy right now and I am here for it…sending you sunny, citrus vibes ☀️🍊🍋 If it makes you feel any better, it’s rainy here today.

Before there was citrus mail come late winter I’d have to take expensive unsatisfactory action: Florida, a perm. Now I just wait for kishus, oranges, oro blancos. Glad to know I’m not alone.
