Wow. Great recipe thanks. Love the broccoli idea. We skip eggs n honey. Not because of availability or price but because they rely on animal abuse.

I am famous in my family for using up most of my leftovers in what my family deems as curious combos. This recipe and your extended comments fit well with my pattern. In addition, I always have a need for recipes for days that I don’t feel like doing much. Thanks

Make my day, Ali! 1) Loved finding your newsletter. (Love what I see at NYT). 2) Looking forward to trying this recipe out -- for lunch today! 3) Love that you added the Riffs. I'm on a mission to use up food waste, esp vis a vis enhancing use up of leftovers. And I have a WISH: That every recipe published in America come with tips for proper storage, reheat and reinvent. Your Riffs are pretty close to the reinvent part, though not specifically stated that way. Thank you.
