Followed recipe exactly, and these tasted more of bread than meat. I used 1 c panko. Not sure what went wrong.

I made these today, and I was a little nervous because I have never made meatballs before and am new to cooking with meat. They were delicious! Best meatballs my husband and I have ever had. My 2 year old agreed, she said, "these are soooooo goooood!!" Looking forward to trying them with ground turkey or meatless meat. Thank you, Ali!

My mom's meatballs were always dry but never bad as a kid, but I attributed that to her use of ground turkey. I started making them with a combo or pork and beef and that helped. Exited to try this method!
