made the fried rice with tofu and kale and pineapple and chili crisp yesterday and just ate the tiny bit of leftovers. what a perfect meal. thank you. (and my non tofu and veg eating husband gobbled it up as well!)

Thanks. I was in the middle of making. Intuitively sliced a shallot in thin rings, and added it to the roast ingredients but then not so intuitively I added a bunch of sage too. Like leaves. A lot of them. Sigh.
