Notes: Picky eater — and don’t like cheese or dairy based sauces

Forever ingredients:

  • Pantry staples: White rice, brown rice, farro, pasta, sourdough bread, canned chickpeas, canned cannellini beans, coconut milk, canned tomatoes, tomato paste, olive oil

  • Fridge: fresh parsley, fresh cilantro, onions, garlic, butter, milk, chicken breast, pork cutlets, frozen salmon, frozen cod, ground beef, lemon, limes, blueberries, apples

  • Seasonings: Thai red curry paste, chicken bouillon, harissa, red pepper flakes, dried chilies, cholula hot sauce, adobo seasoning, garam masala, ground cumin, fennel seeds, dried oregano, ground cinnamon, tahini paste
